Do you need help getting your groceries delivered? We’re thrilled to offer fast-tracked, reliable island-wide delivery service for just $10.00, however spend over $100.00, and your delivery will be free of cost.
Orders are typically delivered within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation Monday to Friday, 8am to 3pm.

Refund and Returns
REFUND POLICY
Accepted Returns:
Receipt or proof of purchase within 3 days of purchase.
Items past 3 days of purchase date, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Item must be in the original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned:
Perishable goods. NB: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within five (5) business days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and if they are bought from Grady Marketing Inc. or Grady Wholesale Depot. If you need an exchange, it will be for the same item, send us an email at sales@gradymaketinginc.com or retail@gradymarketinginc.com and send or bring your item to: Lot #3 Dayrells Commercial Estate, Lears, St. Michael.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own costs for returning any item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
